Before Google was a verb, I was already on the web.
In 2001, while most local businesses were still figuring out what a website was, I founded DCwebpro — registering domain names, spinning up hosting servers for other designers, installing WordPress before it was a household name, building websites from scratch, and managing pay-per-click campaigns before Google even had one.
I’ve spent 25+ years watching the web evolve from the inside — what works, what doesn’t, and why most local businesses are being oversold services they don’t need by people who’ve never had to actually prove results.
