The Gathering Place provides Adult Day and Home Care services that promote empowerment, independence and quality of life for residents and families in Windham County and the surrounding communities. Day services include fun activities, nutritious meals, customized care, including showers, an on-site hair salon, podiatry by appointment and assistance with the activities of daily living. We also provide access to transportation to and from the center and doctors appointments. Home Care is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the comfort of your home either long-term or short-term. Home care at The Gathering Place helps individuals remain at home and offers support to caregivers as well. Some services include housekeeping, care assistance, and meal preparation. Whether you need 2 hours of care a week or 24 hours a day we are here help.
