Sētu Vermont is an Ayurvedic retreat and healing center offering “an intimate retreat experience in the natural splendor of New England, with all the color and culture of India.” Just minutes from downtown Brattleboro, and about two hours from Boston and four from New York, we’re close enough to enjoy town and quiet enough to truly rest.

We offer:

• Weekend meditation and Ayurveda retreats, including Couples, New Year’s, and seasonal retreats
• Ayurvedic treatments and personalized health consultations, on-site or virtual
• Professional Ayurveda training, including a semester-long program
• Full-house rentals for yoga teachers, organizations, and groups, with a yoga studio, sauna, and hot tub
• Ayurvedic cooking classes and nourishing meals, starting with traditional chai on arrival
